Overview
This is a 12 week AFL Off-Season Conditioning Program for athletes of a MAS level of less than 3.5 m/s. It builds aerobic capacity to improve your endurance during an AFL game. It will also improve your recovery during higher intensity repeat sprint efforts during a game. If you complete this 12 week conditioning program, it will improve your MAS level and aerobic fitness come pre-season.
